Bring It To Life
Once The Design Is Approved And The Gemstones Are Secured, The Making Begins. Each Piece Is Hand-Carved In Jeweller’s Wax, Allowing The Form To Develop With Precision And Intention. You’ll Receive Images Of The Wax Model For Approval Before It Is Cast Into Your Chosen Precious Metal.
The Finished Piece
Following Casting, The Jewellery Is Carefully Finished By Hand, With Gemstones Precisely Set And Every Surface Refined. Once Complete, You’ll Receive A Final Image Of Your Piece Before It Is Prepared For Delivery.
Your Finished Jewellery Is Then Thoughtfully Packaged And Sent To You, Marking The Completion Of A Piece Created Uniquely For You.
Timeline & Delivery
Each Bespoke Piece Is Created With Time And Attention To Detail. Once Your Design Is Confirmed, Please Allow Approximately 6 Weeks For Custom Adaptations Of Existing Designs And Approximately 12 Weeks For Fully Bespoke Creations, Excluding Transit.
Timelines May Extend When International Gemstone Sourcing Is Required, When Communication Spans Multiple Time Zones, Or During Particularly Busy Periods Such As The Holiday Season.
If You Are Working Towards A Specific Date, Please Share Your Deadline At The Time Of Enquiry So We Can Consider It At The Beginning Of Your Project.
Investment & Payment
Every Bespoke Creation Is Individually Priced According To Its Materials, Scale, Craftsmanship, And Design Complexity. To Reflect The Time And Expertise Involved, Bespoke Projects Begin From €550 For Sterling Silver Without Gemstones, €1,250 For 10ct Gold Without Gemstones, And €2,200 For 18ct Gold Without Gemstones.
Designs Incorporating Gemstones, Intricate Carving, Or Additional Craftsmanship Will Be Individually Quoted.
The Payment Journey
All Custom And Bespoke Projects Follow A Three-Stage Payment Structure.
Initial Deposit — 20%
A 20% Non-Refundable Deposit Is Required To Begin The Wax Carving And Development Of Your Piece.
Casting Payment — 50% Total
Once The Wax Model Is Complete, The Project Will Be Re-Quoted According To Current Precious Metal Market Rates. A Further Payment Will Then Bring Your Total Non-Refundable Deposit To 50%, Allowing The Piece To Proceed To Casting.
Final Balance
The Remaining Balance, Along With Applicable Shipping Costs, Is Due Once Your Jewellery Has Been Completed And Is Ready For Delivery.
This Milestone Structure Keeps The Process Clear And Transparent While Allowing For Changes In Precious Metal Pricing Throughout The Creation Of Your Piece.

What is the difference between Custom and Bespoke jewelry?

Custom Jewelry
Custom jewelry starts with one of our existing designs. You can make small changes, such as choosing a different metal, gemstone, stone size, or adding an engraving.
Bespoke Jewelry
Bespoke jewelry is made from scratch based on your ideas. We create a unique design with major changes to the shape, materials, style, or overall look.
In simple words:
Custom means changing an existing design.
Bespoke means creating a new design just for you.

What if a Bespoke design is too expensive for my budget?

If a Bespoke design is outside your budget, we can make smaller changes to one of our existing designs. This gives you a unique piece while keeping the cost more flexible.

Can I get a design I have seen before

Yes, you can share a design you like with us. If it can be recreated, we can make it for you or customize it to match your preferences. Some one-of-a-kind designs may not be available to recreate.

Can you make a design I found somewhere else?

We don’t copy other designers’ work. You can share an inspirational design, and we can use details like the shape, gemstone, or style to create something unique for you.

Can you make my Custom or Bespoke piece quickly?

Custom and Bespoke pieces take time to make properly. The exact time depends on the design, materials, gemstones, and production process.
We do our best to meet your deadline, but rush orders may not always be possible.

Can I visit your studio to discuss my project?

Our studio is not open for regular client visits. However, in-person consultations may be available by appointment.
A meeting can be especially helpful if you have your own jewellery or gemstones that you would like to remodel.

Which metal should I choose?

The best metal depends on your design, style, and budget. We can help you choose the right option for your piece and explain the differences between each metal.

Can I use my own gold?

We don’t currently use customer-supplied gold to make new pieces. However, you may be able to receive a recycling credit for your gold, which can be put toward your new piece.

Can I use my own gemstones?

Yes, you can provide your own gemstones for a Custom or Bespoke piece. We will first check the stones to make sure they are suitable for use.
A €25 assessment fee per gemstone applies. Because we did not source the stones, we cannot be responsible for any damage or existing issues during the making process.

Is my Custom or Bespoke design only for me?

Custom and Bespoke pieces are created with you, but the design remains part of our studio’s work. We may use the design or create a similar version for another client in the future.
